Tomer Harel is a football scout and analyst based in Israel. His interest in scouting is driven by a long-standing commitment to understanding the game, player profiles, and developmental pathways within professional football.
After completing his studies in 2025, he began working as an opposition analyst at Ironi Modi’in, where he developed a strong tactical foundation and an analytical approach rooted in objective, detail-oriented preparation. In parallel, he manages an independent scouting platform aimed at increasing exposure for young and often overlooked players, with a focus on accurate evaluation, long-term potential, and sustainable development.
At Scoutmania, Tomer will primarily focus on Norwegian senior and youth leagues, contributing in-depth analysis and high-level scouting content to our rapidly growing platform.
