At Scoutmania, we take pride in delivering professional, high-quality scouting analysis and digital reports for football clubs, agents, and professionals.
Since all of our products are digital downloads or personalized analyses, our refund and return conditions differ slightly from those of physical goods.

Digital Products (Reports & Subscriptions)

All reports sold through Scoutmania — including match reports, player reports, and custom analyses — are non-refundable once the digital file or report has been delivered or accessed.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or viewed.

However, we are committed to ensuring you receive the correct and complete report you paid for.
If you experience any issue such as:

  • incorrect file or missing content,

  • technical problems accessing your report, or

  • discrepancies in your purchased subscription,

please contact us at [insert email address] within 7 days of purchase, and our team will work quickly to resolve the issue — either by correcting the error or re-delivering the correct report.

Custom Reports & Analyses

Orders for custom scouting reports (e.g. match- or player-specific analyses) are created specifically for you based on your request.
Because these services are tailor-made, they are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once work has started.

If you wish to update your request or correct submitted details, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

Refund Exceptions

In rare cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion if:

  • You were charged twice for the same report.

  • The product was never delivered due to a technical failure on our end.

  • Your order was cancelled before the analysis work began.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
