FASE (Football Academy School of Excellence), based in Szczecin, Poland, is a highly regarded football academy dedicated to developing young talent through structured training programs.
The academy focuses on excellence in both sports education and performance, serving as a key bridge between youth football and the professional level.
Renowned for its extensive grassroots network of approximately 15,000 players across Poland, FASE also boasts elite youth teams competing in the highest tier of Poland’s youth football system — the Centralna Liga Juniorów.
FASE shares a strong vision with Scoutmania: to provide talented players with opportunities to continue their development abroad after completing their education within the Polish elite system.

Key figures involved in finalizing the agreement include FASE Chairman & Co-Owner Radosław Soperczak, Head of Goalkeeping & Director of International Cooperation Wojciech Zimecki, Scoutmania Founder & CEO Fabio Mazzone, and Head Scout & Coordinator Bence Szolnoki.
Through this partnership, Scoutmania will support FASE by recommending its most promising players to partner clubs and international opportunities, helping to open new pathways for the next generation of Polish football talent.
