Scoutmania is proud to announce that its CEO & Founder Fabio Mazzone has joined S.S. Monopoli 1966 as First Team Analyst and Primavera Assistant Manager in Serie C.
His role combines international scouting, match analysis and player development, with responsibilities covering both the First Team and Primavera.
As part of the position, he will scout players from international markets, provide match analysis for both squads and work alongside Primavera Head Coach Roberto D’Ermilio, supporting the team in training, match preparation and player development.
Monopoli have already made a positive start to the season, securing a victory against Cerignola in the first round of the Coppa Italia Serie C, followed by an important win at the Stadio San Nicola against Catania, one of the league favourites.
The new position represents an important step in the development of Scoutmania, bringing its focus on scouting, analysis and talent development directly into professional Italian football.
A new chapter begins — with the season already underway and plenty of work ahead.
