We are pleased to announce that Kenneth Nielsen is joining Scoutmania, bringing extensive experience from the Danish football system across men’s, women’s, and elite youth football, as well as valuable international scouting expertise from the Swedish men’s leagues.
A UEFA A-licensed coach, Kenneth has held positions as Head of Coaching and served in coaching roles at the highest youth level in Denmark. His strong background in player development, talent identification, and football education makes him a valuable addition to the Scoutmania team.
Kenneth has also been actively involved in scouting education, having developed and delivered two online scouting courses in 2020 and 2021 with a particular focus on women’s football. In addition to his football qualifications, he is educated as a teacher, bringing a structured and analytical approach to talent evaluation and development.
With Kenneth on board, Scoutmania strengthens its commitment to women’s football by establishing a dedicated scouting focus within the women’s game. This addition enables us to better support the growing demand from new clients and partner clubs seeking high-quality women’s football scouting and recruitment services.
