Jason Marika joins Scoutmania as a scout for the Icelandic territory, bringing experience across professional, academy, and elite youth development environments.
His background spans scouting, player identification, opposition analysis, and talent pathway development with organizations including Hartford Athletic, the New England Revolution, and US Youth Soccer’s East Region Olympic Development Program.
Most recently serving as Technical Director for the Vermont Soccer Association, he combines video analysis, data-informed evaluation, and long-term player development expertise to identify high-potential talent across multiple levels of the game.
