We are proud to announce that Scoutmania has officially entered into a strategic partnership with TMT FC, a competitive side in the GFA League First Division.
The primary aim of this collaboration is to identify talented players within TMT FC and across The Gambia’s top league, who can be recommended to our partner clubs as well as to other clubs across the Baltic and Scandinavian regions. This partnership represents a structured pathway for Gambian talents to gain visibility and access to new professional opportunities abroad.
The collaboration was established following detailed negotiations and a shared long-term vision, involving Fabio Mazzone (Scoutmania CEO), Bence Szolnoki (Scoutmania Head Scout & Coordinator), and Modou Lamin Touray (Technical Director of TMT FC).
Scoutmania will place considerable emphasis on closely monitoring player development, while simultaneously deepening its knowledge of the country’s football culture and league structure. This hands-on approach ensures that talent identification is both strategic and sustainable.
This partnership marks an important step in strengthening international scouting connections and building meaningful bridges between West African football and European markets.
