Scoutmania has established a strategic collaboration with Legion Rovers FC, a fast-growing youth-focused football organisation based in Ghana’s Eastern Region—one of West Africa’s most productive talent hubs. Founded in 2021, Legion Rovers FC competes in the Ghana Division Two.
The partnership was initiated following discussions between Legion Rovers FC Founder & CEO Eugene Agyekum and Scoutmania Founder & CEO Fabio Mazzone. Both sides share a common vision: ensuring that no talent goes unnoticed.
Scoutmania will support Legion Rovers FC in building a clear development pipeline that connects grassroots football in West Africa with professional opportunities in Europe. The club has already established a strong reputation for youth development, with players progressing into Ghana’s national youth teams at U15, U17, and U20 levels.
Legion Rovers FC is also the organiser of the Legion Cup, an annual elite invitational preseason tournament designed to provide a professional platform for club preparation, player evaluation, talent identification, and international scouting exposure.
A key element of the collaboration is Scoutmania’s contribution to player evaluation and talent tracking. Through structured observation and ongoing performance review, Scoutmania will help identify the club’s standout prospects and recommend them to partner clubs to support their progression into higher levels of football.
